These terms apply when you use nandix.org, including its free tools, Field Notes guides and forms. The website is run by NANDIX (Prakash Kathirvel), in India. By using the website you agree to these terms. The NANDIX app has its own terms, which pilot shops receive at setup.
Information on this website
We describe NANDIX as it is today and say clearly when a feature is in an early version or still being built. Product details can change as we build.
Our guides and free calculators are general information to help you work faster. They are not legal, tax, accounting or engineering advice. Check GST and tax questions with your chartered accountant, and structural or safety questions with a qualified engineer, before you act on them.
Forms
When you send a form (pilot application, call-back request, contact message or job application), please give true details about yourself and only submit details of another person, such as a shop owner, with their permission. We use what you send as described in our privacy notice. Sending a form does not create any contract or payment obligation. The optional letter of intent is non-binding.
The pilot is free. If NANDIX charges later, we will tell you the price first and nothing is charged automatically.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the website: no automated mass submissions, attempts to break into or overload it, scraping that harms its performance, or sending spam or harmful content through its forms.
Our content
The NANDIX name, logo, text, illustrations and tools on this website belong to NANDIX. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or tools to publish elsewhere.
Links to other websites
We link to government and other sources for reference. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, NANDIX is not liable for loss caused by relying on the website's general information or tools.
