Warns before mistakes
Buying at ₹240 and selling at ₹10? NX points it out before anything is saved. Prices that jump suddenly need a second confirmation.
Scan supplier bills
Photograph a supplier's invoice and the items are read into stock. Scanning the same bill twice gives a clear warning, not a double entry.
Customers and suppliers
Add a customer or supplier, or record a payment to a supplier, by voice. Payments are set against the oldest unpaid bills first.
Distributor catalogs
Distributors can turn a printed catalog or price-list PDF into an online catalog for their shops, with clean product photos.

"Who owes me the most?" NX answers from your own shop's data and can open the right screen for you.
The rules NX follows
- You confirm every save. NX prepares the entry; you check it and tap save. It never changes a finished bill.
- Staff stay within their role. NX can only do what that staff member is allowed to do, and hides purchase prices from staff who can't see them.
- Your shop only. NX reads and writes your own shop's data, never another shop's.
- Invoices stay standard. You can talk to NX in your language; the invoice your customer receives always prints in English.
- No messages on your behalf. NX doesn't call or message your customers by itself.
