What is a CRM for a retail shop?

Do I need a separate CRM if I use NANDIX for billing?
No. The customer history, udhaar, reminders and credit view are part of NANDIX. The same bill updates stock, GST records and the customer's account.
Is my customer list shared with anyone?
No. Your customers, bills and udhaar are visible only to your shop and the staff you allow. Other shops and distributors cannot see them.
